Tulsa, Oklahoma– Americans for Prosperity Foundation Oklahoma will honor Dr. Milton Friedman on July 30 as part of a national day of recognition for the Nobel Laureate, his work, theories, and contributions. The Friedman Legacy for Freedom Day is being celebrated in all 50 states and in 5 countries.

“Issues and Actions”

A Forum Dedicated to Legislative Awareness and Community Participation

The event will be held in Enid in the Enterprise Room of Advanced Food Company Headquarters located at 5110 Enterprise Boulevard. Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the program concluding by 8:30 p.m.

Cost is $15 per person and pizza and drinks will be provided to all attendees.

Last night Americans for Prosperity-OK traveled to Grove, Oklahoma to present a Grassroots Training School to the group Get America Back (GAB). Get America Back has been very active in their community to identify and support key legislation and legislators, and was completely in line with AFP. Stuart discussed the November is Coming campaign with ways to hold legislators accountable for their actions, and how to influence them up untill and through the election cycle this year.
