Over 40 activists attended an event in York to send a clear message to Sen. Ben Nelson: do not vote for liberal energy legislation, like cap-and-trade, that will ruin our economic recovery and put a 'cap' on American productivity.

Why does EPA want to takeover Texas' permit process? "It's odd. Very odd. The Texas rules, you see, appear to work."
TX has reduced ozone emissions by 22% and NOx by 46%. Pretty good, especially when compared with national rate of reductions - 8% ozone, 27% NOx.
Better still, Texas has achieved these reductions while growing economically and maintaining one of the nation's lowest unemployment rates.
