Americans for Prosperity Colorado announced today that it will deliver over 10,700 signatures from Coloradans supporting Attorney General John Suthers’ decision to join the lawsuit against the federal government and force a Constitutional review of the recently-passed federal healthcare reform legislation. The petitions will be delivered on Wednesday, April 28th at 10:00 a.m. at the Office of the Attorney General at 1525 Sherman Street, 7th Floor, Denver, CO.
