Big Spending John SalazarIf you are fed up with the outrageous spending habits of John Salazar, now is your chance to make a difference. Many of Big-spending John’s constituents don’t know about the debt that he has passed on to future generations. Next week, we are going to let them know. I hope you can join me at one of two upcoming volunteer opportunities in Grand Junction. We will be talking with voters in the area, and educating them on the devastating impact of Congressman John Salazar’s spending. We will tell them what he has been voting for, and what the impact is on future generations. We will also encourage them to call Salazar’s office and tell him that his spending is bankrupting America!

This Friday, June 18, you can join us for the following activities:

At 8:45 a.m., we will meet at My Favorite Muffin (off Horizon and 12th in the Safeway Shopping Center) to start a precinct walk. We have a door hanger that we will be dropping off to voters to make sure they know about Congressman Salazar’s lavish spending habits in Washington D. C. Free t-shirts will be provided to precinct walkers. This is our opportunity to help educate voters in the Third Congressional District that John Salazar is bankrupting America.

Then, at 10:30, we will meet at Enstrom’s Toffee at 200 S. 7th St., we will be gathering to make phone calls. We will be providing refreshments and a free T-Shirt to all participants.

And finally, at 11:30, we will be gathering at the corner of 1st and Grand for a “honk and wave”. Bring your signs telling Salazar to stop spending, to stop bankrupting our country and to stop mortgaging our children’s future!
